Soil is one of the most important things in our lives. Together with water and the sun, it is the source of all life. Without soil there was no food and without food there would be no animals, birds and people. However, we are moving further and further away from the earth. We paved it with concrete and asphalt, we exhausted it by continuing to grow endlessly, we depleted it, and spoiled it with pesticides and fertilizer.
Yet the soil continues to give. Thanks in part to brilliant thinkers, there are alternatives that prevent this exhaustion. Natural pesticides, other forms of agriculture such as permaculture, natural soil enrichment. There will come a time when we will be amazed at the way we now treat the earth.
It is wonderful to be busy with earthing yourself. By working the earth in your backyard or garden. And if you don’t have that, you can do it on your balcony in trays or pots. Growing something yourself, vegetables, fruit or flowers, might not usually provide a financial benefit, but it broadens your mind and you’ll get more respect for everything that grows.
We have an interesting article on difweb about natural pesticides, read it here Healthy In 5000 Days.
